General Terms & Conditions:
All children must be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult.
The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the child’s safety and well-being while within the Space2Play building, grounds, and play areas.
Space2Play is a parent/carer-supervised facility. Our staff are not provided to supervise children or monitor their use of play equipment.
Children who are unwell, or who have been unwell within the previous 48 hours, should not attend Space2Play.
Age and height restrictions apply to certain equipment for the safety of all children and will be enforced by management.
Shoes must be removed before entering the play equipment areas.
For hygiene reasons, socks must be worn at all times when using the play facilities.
No food, drinks, sweets, or chewing gum are permitted in the play areas.Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the Space2Play building.
Items such as pens, jewellery, watches, buckles, money, sharp objects, or any potentially dangerous items must not be taken into the play areas.
Space2Play accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises, including the car park and surrounding grounds.
Abusive, aggressive, or rude behaviour will not be tolerated.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate play sessions without refund.
All customers enter Space2Play entirely at their own risk.
Party bookings at Space2Play themed Private Party Rooms
Arrival & Timing:
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your party start time.
Early arrivals may be asked to wait in Reception.
Your party host will greet guests at the scheduled start time.Party duration is two hours, including:1 hour and 15 minutes of playtime45 minutes to 1 hour in the party room (depending on your booking)
Payments & NumbersA 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
The minimum number of children is 10. If fewer attend, the cost for 10 children will still apply.
The maximum number of children per party room is 35.
Full payment is required 7 days before the party. This payment is non-refundable.
If full payment is not received by the due date, Space2Play reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
No refunds can be given for children who cancel after payment has been made.
Cheques are not accepted. Payment may be made in cash or by debit card.
Seven days before the party, please contact Space2Play between 10am and 6pm to confirm final number of children and their names, number of guardians attending and their names and any special dietary requirements.
You are not permitted to bring your own food or drinks into Space2Play.
Space2Play reserves the right to substitute menu items with suitable alternatives without prior notice.
Unlimited jugs of squash are provided during the party.
Birthday cake candles will be lit and “Happy Birthday” sung after food is served and before ice cream, allowing time for staff to cut the cake.
Adult drinks tabs can be arranged in the diner with valid credit/debit card details. Any unpaid balance will be charged automatically at the end of the party.
Space2Play reserves the right to charge any outstanding amounts to the provided card without prior notice.
Supervision & Safety:
One adult is required per 6 children.For children under 2 years old, one adult is required per 2 children.
A minimum of two adults must be present at all parties.
Space2Play is a parent/guardian-supervised facility, including within party rooms.If children are left in your care by other parents, you assume full responsibility for their supervision, including emergencies, clothing changes, and ensuring parental consent for activities such as go-karts or zip wires.
Any medical or health issues must be clearly communicated in advance.
Party Rooms & Behaviour:
Party rooms are set up for the exact number of children booked.High chair requirements or accessibility needs must be advised at the time of booking.
Please do not allow adults or children to sit or lean on party tables.
Space2Play is not liable for accidents caused by misuse of furniture.Party poppers, streamers, and piñatas are not permitted.
Latex balloons are not allowed due to choking hazards. Helium balloons are permitted in party rooms only.
During the Party:
All children and adults must sign in at reception upon arrival.
Shoes and birthday gifts will be collected and returned by the Party Host once guests enter the party room.
Socks must be worn at all times on play frames and in the sports arena.
When asked to leave the play areas, please assist the Party Host in gathering children promptly.
Please ensure full co-operation with the Party Host, who is trained to manage the party.
Assistance from guardians is appreciated, especially for larger groups.
After the party room session, children must exit the building and must not return to the play areas.
Feedback & IssuesIf you are unhappy with any aspect of your party, please speak to a member of the management team on the day.
Unfortunately, Space2Play cannot address or rectify issues after the event has ended.
