Creating a landscape is building a relationship with our instinctive connection with the outside environment to produce places of order, of retreat, of beauty and functionality. In our changing world, Space 2 Play is particularly interested in creating outdoor spaces for functional purposes that embrace sustainable concepts, that utilise local materials and resources and enable us to learn about our world.

Space 2 Play enjoys working with the ideas of creating outdoor spaces for children to play, be challenged and to learn. To give them the enjoyment of being out of doors designing and adapting the natural landscape to their needs – climbing trees, damming streams, creating secret dens, watching the life of an ant march …. and when the children are away the adults can play – turning the place into adult play space, relaxing, dining, entertaining and watching the world go by.
